I am committed to the Golden Rule and eliminating your technology problem with outstanding, conscientious and tenacious service for a fair fee.

I will diagnose your technology problem for only $30.

I will fix that problem for $25 and hour via remote connection or $50 an hour at your location (with credit for the original $30).

My maximum fee is $200. There is an exception to this maximum when there are multiple computers/electronics systems to diagnose/repair or there is data to be saved/reconstructed. That can take many hours depending upon the problem. You will be advised of this ahead of time. There will be no surprises when it comes to fees.

I reserve the right to charge less than the fees listed above..

Please note that the cost of software or hardware I install is not included in these fees.

The fees can be paid by cash, check or Paypal.
